Technical Director Position (TD)
The Technical Director (TD) position is open to all participants who are keen to be a sports administrator who is experienced in Sports Management.
TD will be reporting to the Fencing Joint Management Committee (JMC), TD is responsible for providing the strategic leadership, technical direction and expert opinions in four main areas:
a) High Performance Planning & Systems Development
b) Athlete Pathway & Outreach of Sport Development
c) Quality Daily Training Environment
d) Coach Education & Capability Development
